drop test machine is a specialized machine used to test the damage of product packaging caused by drops and evaluate the shock resistance during transportation and handling. It adopts a dual-column guidance system, with adjustable drop times and stable and reliable operation. It can achieve drop tests on edges, faces, and corners. The drop test machines are classified into single-arm and double-arm types.
The drop test machine can perform free drop tests on packaging surfaces, corners, and edges, equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking, accurately providing the product's drop height. The deviation of the preset drop height is not more than 2% or 10mm. The KRD40 and KRD41 series drop test machines of Korede adopts a single-arm and dual-column structure, with pneumatic reset, PLC automatic control, and lifting device, which is user-friendly. Its unique pneumatic and servo motor drive mode greatly improves the machine's lifespan, stability, and safety. The KRD40 series is for zero-drop tests, mainly for testing the drop and impact resistance of packaging products. The KRD41 series is a swing-arm dropping test bench with a minimum drop height of 300mm, suitable for free-falling tests of small electronic products and components. The single-arm design facilitates placement of the product, and the angle deviation between the drop angle and the base plate is less than or equal to 5 degrees. The KRD42 series is a double-sided lifting zero-drop test bench mainly used for drop and impact resistance of packaging products with larger dimensions.
The test piece can be selected to perform free falls in three states: surface, edge, and corner.
The drop height can be preset, and the test piece will automatically locate when it rises to the preset height.
The release mechanism is flexible and reliable to ensure that the test piece is not affected by any external force during release and free fall, thus guaranteeing the required drop state of the test piece.
The structure is scientifically reasonable, safe and reliable to use.
Perform drop tests on transportation packaging items to determine the impact resistance and protection capabilities of the interior contents.
Wiring: Connect the included power cord to three-phase power and ground it, also connect the control cabinet to the test machine using the included connection wire, and perform test runs of the up/down commands.
Drop Height Adjustment.
Place the object to be tested on the workbench and secure it with the fixing rods.
Use the up button to raise the test object to the set height.
Press the drop button to release the workbench and allow the object to free fall.
Press the reset button to return the workbench to its working state.
If running repeated tests, repeat the above steps.
After finishing the test: press the down button to lower the workbench to the lowest position and turn off the power button.
